The Fall/Winter 2009/2010 issue of make/shift: Feminisms in Motion contains a sort of mutual interview with Radical Reference librarians Emily Drabinski and Lia Friedman, who is make/shift's staff librarian.
They talk about how integral their librarian and activist identities are to each other.
Lia Friedman, a core Radical Reference member and one of the organizers of the recent ACRL Preconference Unconference was named a Library Journal Mover & Shaker.
Congratulations to Radical Reference mainstay Lia Friedman and her pal Char Booth for authoring the May 15th 2008 Library Journal NextGen column, "Finding Your Inner Moxie."
