QUESTION: Finding documentation of "disturbances" at women's prison in Milledgeville, GA, between 1969 and 1973

Between 1969 and 1973, there were four “disturbances” at the women’s prison in Milledgeville, Georgia. How would I find more information and documentation (newspaper articles, firsthand accounts, etc) of these "disturbances"?

I searched ProQuest Historical Newspapers with the search terms [milledgeville AND prison AND (woman OR women)] from 1969- present and found nothing, from this database that includes The Atlanta Daily World (and The New York Times and other biggies) and did a similar search in LexisNexis without results, so I suggest you do follow shqippy's advice and contact the local college.
