I am asking this for a colleague who has written a thoughtful article about the progressive Spanish-language school CETLALIC in Mexico, in which he discusses the political history of the school and how it came to be perhaps the only Spanish language school in Mexico which offers specific programs for gay men and lesbians. The article is about 2800 words. He would like to publish it in a progressive journal or newsletter whose readership might be interested in the school - that is, progressive activists.
