Hello,
Can you provide some information, insight or links to national or international progressive organizations who focus on advocating for public libraries. Most of what seems most readily available is local "Friends of the X Library." What I'm looking for is a more progressive or political point of view, e.g. libraries as public space and essential public assets/goods, libraries as places for building community and citizenship, etc. Thanks for your help.
