Answer: Transliterating Arabic

To help with this, I had to contact an Arabic Professor at a local university. Here is the reply I received:

"I can transliterate correct all the words except for the word ass (here "act"), which does not look familiar to me. As a matter of fact, I did have to transliterate huge amounts of texts in Arabic when I was doing my dissertation. So what is transliterated: Wa' all'an lill act el amptihan! (trans. And now for the ass inspection!)

"I would suggest:
wa l-'aan li -l***(act?) al-imtiHaan."

This professor offered further assistance if needed, but I won't post her contact info here. If further assistance is needed, please submit a new question.

It was also noted that depending on what regional dialect one is referring too, translteration from Arabic will be different.
